Engaging Others Clearly (requires completion of module 1) - This builds n the unit 1 skills and explores effective techniques for inquiring about and understanding the experience of others in a non-threatening way, while seeing past reaction and defensiveness. (2 X 4 hour virtual sessions or 1 day onsite event).
